We do not offer payment plans at this time. For custom made jewelry orders, we accept a maximum of 2 payments. We take a 30% deposit at the beginning of the order, and the remaining balance when the piece is finished.
All orders are processed in 48 hours and will be shipped 2-3 days after the order has been received. All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground/Home Services and should be delivered between 3-5 days after the merchandise has been shipped. Customers that request and pay for expedited delivery should receive the merchandise 1-2 days after the order has been shipped. (Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends.)
Note: This does not apply to custom made jewelry pieces. Custom pieces are made to order and shipping depends on the complexity of the piece.
We allow up to 14 days for a return from the day your order was delivered. The merchandise has to meet a certain standard to be eligible for a full refund. To make a return or exchange please send all inquiries to clientsupport@checksandco.com.
